Gratitude
Begin your day with gratitude and appreciation. Become thankful for your life, health and strength. Become thankful for your ability to see, hear, touch, taste and smell. Become appreciative and thankful that all of your body systems are working properly. Take a slow deep breath and become thankful for waking up to another day. Begin today with thoughts of forgiveness. Forgive those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in any way. Forgive to yourself for any negative actions, activities, words or behaviors as well. Faith - Complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability.
Consistent Effort
With consistent effort YOU begin to demonstrate your ability to perform and complete the necessary tasks each day. The daily demonstration of effort is a repetition of consistent focused performance; consistent focused performance is nothing more than a consistent combination of thought and action. The consistent repetition of thought and action over time creates and develops a new way acting and of thinking or a renewed mind or mindset. The more that YOU can consistently put forth the effort to perform the mental and physical tasks necessary to complete your goals, the closer YOU get to achieving them. It is a fact that mental and physical effort continuously focused, places YOU on the path and in the direction of your goal today, each day, everyday one day at a time.
